My Story
I’m Ariel Nunes, a dedicated virtual coach with a passion for empowering women to reach their healthy and fitness goals. After years of working with clients ranging from law enforcement personnel to busy moms, I developed two core programs tailored to the unique needs of women at different stages of their fitness journey. Through my personalized app, macro-calculated meal plans, and customized workouts, I help you cut through the confusion and stay on track—no matter who you are or how busy life gets.
My mission is to empower you to live a sustainable and wholesome lifestyle by incorporating fitness and nutrition into your every day life without all the guesswork.
I, myself, strive daily to choose clean, healthy and desirable behaviors that are replicable and energy generating. Through doing this, I repetitively fuel my mind, body and soul.
While working with me, I provide the opportunity for you to change your own habits by reprogramming your mind and relationship with food. I provide the tools, but you have to do the work!
After continuous discipline and possible failure (learning this is okay, and how to pick yourself back up and try again), you will begin to understand the WHY. It won't be just replicating what I want you to do because I said so. This is when the big transformation starts. You begin choosing YOU because you want to FEEL better, and not just look better.
My journey began 15 years ago. The pictures you see below are the difference between working out, and working out with a proper diet. I am a former Michigan State Police Trooper, and this is where I gained most of my knowledge, mental toughness, and body wellness. Discipline and consistency are the key ingredients for your success. I consume whole food and advocate this concept to create a healthy diet. Through an enjoyable system that you could have access to, it is your time to achieve the full potential of your body and create the life you deserve.

Fall: This can go either way for many clients, but it often brings a renewed sense of discipline after a relaxed summer. I help you get back on track with a fresh focus. This is considered another weight loss season.
